The women-run bakery in the lower Vicenza area
Back in 1951, Dante Righetto launched the bakery that bears his name-now known as Panificio Pasticceria Righetto s.n.c., run by Marta, Alessandra, Cristiana, and Marzia, with the help of their mother, Liliana.
This family-run business, specializing in the arts of bread-making and pastry, retains its original character, welcoming family atmosphere, and artisanal quality.

Simple, wholesome ingredients are used every day to create delicious products.
The bakery is particularly well-known in the Vicenza area for its renowned specialties: radicchio bread, Vicenza-style ciabatta, pane biscotto (twice-baked bread), hand-stretched breadsticks (both classic and made with Colli Berici wine), traditional Veneziana sweet bread, sweet schiacciata flatbread with figs and walnuts, and a variety of cookies – including those made with honey and olive oil from the Colli Berici.
