Weight 750 grams.<\/p>\n<p>There are several stories about the origins of the colomba, a typically Italian dessert; from a sweet homage in the shape of a dove, offered as a sign of peace during the friction between the local populations, to the desire of the artisans to enrich Easter menus with a dessert as similar as possible to panettone.
