Our artisanal Wild Berry Colomba is part of our Colomba collection, made with selected Italian raw materials. The Wild Berry Colomba is wrapped in an almond and egg white glaze with granulated sugar on top. Extremely soft inside, thanks to its 18 hours of natural leavening. Weight 750 grams.

There are several stories about the origins of the colomba, a typically Italian dessert; from a sweet homage in the shape of a dove, offered as a sign of peace during the friction between the local populations, to the desire of the artisans to enrich Easter menus with a dessert as similar as possible to panettone. Thus the dove as we know it today was born.
